Where’s my broom?

Sweeep!

And Ike Davis hasn’t even hit yet! Once he starts hitting…ohhhh boy, we’re gonna be a lot better than people think.

Also, I love Niuwenhuis instead of Torres.  There’s no reason he shouldn’t learn at the majors A) at this point in his development, and B) for the Mets with their expectations for this year.

And I love the new fences.  Wright clearly already has his confidence (not to mention his level swing) back.

Pitching looks great so far, especially the bullpen, but we’ve got Big Pelf tomorrow.  Maybe he’ll be inspired by the rest of the rotation so far and will feel less pressure.  One can always hope.

Either way, for now….WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!  3-0 over a division rival!!

Sense of the World Thoughts and ideas move the world. They're important, and like everyone else, I like to occasionally share what I'm thinking. I'm a writer with a philosophy degree and a MA in Film Studies, but my thoughts range on everything from Film and Philosophy to Art, Science, Writing, Sports, Social Science, Fiction, the future, the past, my daily life and observations, and, well, anything else I find worthy of sharing. I hope you enjoy what I write and that it makes you think yourself. Feel free to ask any questions!
